Exchanges

Beside the academical part of EESTEC which provides you various chances to develop yourself for your career after graudation, through EESTEC exchanges, you will have uncountable opportunities to visit various cities in Europe in a friendly atmosphere. Exchanges also last for one week, and have no lectures.

During your visit to another EESTEC local committee for their event, local organisers will be your free guides for the city and will do more than their best to make you get informed about their city, history and culture. You will feel the lovely atmosphere of an EESTEC event at the moment you step up to the event venue, with the welcome package consisting more than enough information about the city and the country you are visiting. City rallies, which are also an indispensable part of EESTEC events, is another chance for you which you cannot easily find if you go to that city on your own. Moreover, excursions to nearby touristical attractions in that country are also included in EESTEC events (Mostar Brigde -  LC Sarajevo, Island Krk - LC Rijeka,  Cologne - LC Aachen, etc.). If you are still not satisfied, you may promote your country and your culture to other people in INTERNATIONAL NIGHT, where every LC present theire culture, food and drinks to other people and you will not only have awareness for the country that you are visiting, but also get to know almost all countries in Europe by only one travel. Also worth mentioning, since we are all students, EESTEC activities continue during the evenings and nights, too, by visiting the city's best night spots and party venues with all members of the local committee and with all participants. And, you will do all of those for no additional fee !

And during all of these activities, you will meet people like you, who study at similar topics and share the same taste of life as you, compare your life values and culture with them, and most of all, you will be friends and those friendships will continue for a life time, wherever you go in Europe. 

To sum up, beyond the academical opportunities like workshops and trainings which will make you move one step forward then your colleagues, EESTEC is a way for you to make network and learn about different cultures, and contribute to the European citizenship of young students in Europe.
