Trainings

Every professional student association is recognized by its training system, because good training is solver for every problem that is affecting student associations.

Idea of establishing EESTEC Training system was born on Congress 2008 in Ljubljana & Rijeka, when GA adopted "Training system strategy" and elected first training coordinator. Two months after, Training system officially has been established in EESTEC - LC Sarajevo organized first "Training for Trainers - T4T" where EESTEC finally gets first generation of Official EESTEC Trainers.

Even though training system in EESTEC is still developing, good results are already made by International EESTEC Trainers. Trainers from the moment they become officially EESTEC trainers, started to travel and spread knowledge that they adopted on T4T.

Training system in EESTEC will develop our organization more professionally on local and International level. Our trainers are working hardly to make as much good trainings as they can. In duty to that, EESTEC trainers started to develop official EESTEC trainings, official EESTEC materials, video trainings, e-groupware communications system, easy and effective system for booking the trainers, effective system for following work of each trainers.

We are specially proud on people who have been working in EESTEC as trainers in past, when we didn't have Training system established.  We pronounced those people as "Honored EESTEC Trainers", showing them that we are not organization who forgets good work and contributions of former EESTEC members.

Our goal is to develop best training system for EESTEC with all necessary trainings, and to have at least one official EESTEC trainer in every LC in Europe. We started great and we are improving every year more and more!
