Portal release plan

Needed for first release

• groups for board positions and bodies (now we only have for board, et-team it-team)
• create News Types (Marija's email)
• migrate news (copy/paste) from eestec.org for last two months (if needed later will migrate more)
• migrate events (again copy/paste) from eestec.org for last two months and all event for the future.
• fix event and news portlet so it shows eestec news and events
• lc workflow (observer -> JLC -> LC -> inactive LC)
• company section (company content need a fix), the assign group et-team manager right

• migrate resouces from eestec.org:

• board mails

• Board minutes

• logos >> lc content

• congress report

• yearbooks

• magazine

• publications

• guides

• Statutes and RoP

January 2008

• option for sending mails when news is created (send_form)
• migrate all events that were not migrated
• registration proccess ('number one' >> cp registers the member, he/she gets a confirmation e-mail)
• online registration to an events
