Oversight Committee

The Oversight Committee has the task to check the financial
transactions and the work of the Board and to advise if necessary. The
Board has to submit a formal report on its activities to the OC at
least twice during an association-year at regular intervals.
The Oversight Committee has the duty to call a General
Assembly in the case they observe severe irregularities that need the
attention and decision of the General Assembly.
