It might be useful that the dots ara linked to their pages, so users can get more information when they click this LC's dot just like the one in old.eestec.org.

I think it would be nice to see the name of the LC when we move the cursor on the red spots in the map

Yes, we think so too. That is why we are working on it. Should be on the server in the next few days.
