Congress Guides

Participants of annual congress, where the General Assembly gathers, are usually the board members of the local committees. However, due to the renewal of members, participants are usually unexperienced in terms of congress participation. Therefore, in order to ensure a proper flow of the programme, participants need to be informed about the structure and the requirements of the congress and prepare themselves for the sessions, accordingly.

Congress Guide is designed specially on this purpose. Participants get all the information that they may need during the congress together in the Congress Guide. It is to be prepared and published online a month prior to the congress and printed, handed to the participants at the beginning of the congress. Participants refer to the guide during the sessions whenever they need.

Being object to change every year, a Congress Guide, roughly includes; schedule and detailed explanation of sessions, reports from international board and bodies, Statutes and RoP, participant list and other necessary documents.
