Event Report Overview
Event reports can be created by anybody. However there should be one by the organizing lc itself.
Purpose is to get the data and structure of the report, not the formatting of it! Therefore the way to enter a report is structured. A report consists of paragraphs. Images are connected to a paragraph. E.g. for pdf creation they will be displayed close to that paragraph. Referencing of images in the text, e.g. by their name seems to be desireable.
Reports are displayed online. The automatic creation of pdfs, formatted automatically according to the structure of the event report, is probably desireable. Further formats in which the reports can be retrieved from the system needs to be defined with reponsibles of yearbook, magazine, and thelike.
XML as data interchange format seems a good idea.

Notifying CP's about deadline
I think the VC-Publicaitons and Administration should enter a daedline date until the report would have to be submited. Then 10 days before the date CPs would get an announcemet that they need to submit the report in 10 days. and then again they would get it every week after the dedline.
