What would be discussion possibilities for board members? Kind of forum?

Web-site privileges of the observers very much depend on the defintion of these stages. Should be disscussed apart from specification for the web-site.

By previous comment I ment for example: we should decide in which stage observers can be invited and participate in EESTEC event without consulting VC-EA, then also when they can start using our system to get participants for their events; once they have structure, they might wanna put their members and board positions on the web, also homepage elink etc. In short: hopefully in the end they are LC with all web possibilities for LCs. We should link those possibilities to the certain observer stages, gradually adding new sets of options.

Exactly - this could be in the form of a forum. The discussion should be archived, so it can be reviewed at a later time.
