Report System
The idea of the report system is to give an overview what kind of reports exist, which purpose these serve and how to create them easily taking away all the barriers that serve as excuse for not writing reports at the moment. "I did not know where to send.", "I did not know what data needed." should belong to the era before the new report system.
People should be able to express their interest in categories of reports, getting notified about creation or modification of events that match their criteria.
Eventually this should be extended to all events that can occur on the webpage (event not in the sense of workshop or exchange, but in the sense of changes happening on the web page).
Further specification of the other types of reports (status, magazine articles, some articles) is needed. They might be very similar to the proposed event report.

status report
Template that I made for status report is actually a fill-in form. So, it is ready to be implemented in the web-site. I can send it when neded to the webmasters.
Also since a lot of calculation and statistics is present when processing these reports ('till now I've done it manually and almost died from boredom:):)), it would be more then great (and in the same time not hard) to implement for VC-IA(+ IA BAs) to have options like: 1 click on the
count number of hosted eestecersbutton for example gives you RESULT: XX. Orextract INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES CONTACTSand you get a list. I'd certainly love that:)
