Trouble Ticket System
For dealing with various issue, from a dead link on the webpage to the request for renaming of an LC it would be good to have a trouble ticket system. Somebody creates a trouble ticket, describing the issue. And the state of the issue as well as the discussion around the issue can be found via the ticket.
