LC Belgrade Nominates Marija Jemuović

Marija Jemuović, ambitious, charming young girl joined EESTEC in March 2006. and in only two years proved herself as: devoted head organizer of events, responsible CP, charming but authoritative Chairwoman of the Assembly of LC Belgrade, hardworking BA-IA and a member of the board of EESTEC International as VC-IA!

On local level, her devotion and attitude earned her respect among the members. Her critics are sharp but righteous, her opinions are always precious and her suggestions are highly appreciated. Her hard work as a young EESTECer and her contribution as an experienced EESTECer will never be forgotten in LC Belgrade.

On the Congress in 2007 in Budapest, Marija was elected as VC-IA. She spent whole year with Gmail and Skype, answering emails, communicating with all LCs and taking care of EESTEC world. Her responsiveness and reliability pushed her to work overtime when it was necessary to meet the deadlines. Her accurate work served as an example to the others. She was never lazy to travel from one end of the Europe to another, in order to help LCs to overcome their problems. Her Activation & Motivation trainings made many LCs bigger and stronger. Newsletters, guides, reports and contests are just some of the things that Marija, as a head of the IA team, was responsible of. She was always ready to discuss important topics, send useful suggestions and contribute to the bigger picture of EESTEC! If you still did not meet Marija, you will recognize her easily as the first one to start the party, and the last one to keep dancing and singing.

Her devotion to EESTEC, her big EESTEC heart, her motivation and EESTEC spirit are the main reasons why we
call her “EESTEC MAMA”!
