Educational Involvement

One of the founding principles of student associations is to help students to make bridges with their universities and help them throught out their education life. That's why, it can be literally said that EESTEC is a way for universities and educational institutes to get in touch with students and to improve their mutual relationship with the students in EE/CS area.

EESTEC is cooperating with several EU institutes regarding to the educational area of EE/CS students, and working as the sound of all EE/CS students in Europe. Moreover, EESTEC has a mutual cooperation agreement with IEEE( The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), and promoting the cooperation of IEEE STudent BRanches and EESTEC local committees and also organising various mutual events and conferences together with IEEE.

All EESTEC local committees have remarkable relationships with their universities in local level, and as a result of this, most of the EESTEC workshops are materially, logistically or financially supported by host universities. During workshops, best professors from the host universities are ready to conduct lectures and trainings to the participants of the event, and laboratories and classes of the university are given to the service of the EESTEC event participants. So, as a professor, thanks to EESTEC, you can get in touch with many students from Europe and by time,  you can invite them to your academical activities such as PhD programmes or post-graduate studies.

Apart from that, EESTEC is organising internships, to help its members to prepare their industrial career and also, EESTEC members who are studying in faculties which have obligatory internship for its students can attend an EESTEC internship programme. It is also worth mentioning that EESTEC trainings are helping students to learn which they do not learn at faculty, and this makes them a better student and a better graduate for the future, so indirectly, EESTEC is improving the quality of the graduates of partner universities.
