Zugspitze: Top of Germany
After summer has come to an end and all of EESTEC's seaside events are gone, what better way to relax than spending the weekend in the Bavarian Alps?
As you might guess from the title, "Zugspitze: Top of Germany" will take place a stone's throw away from the Zugspitze, Germany's highest peak at 2,962 m, in the cozy village of Grainau. Since no trip to the Alps is complete without seeing one of the mesmerizing crystal-clear lakes, we will do a tour of the Eibsee and we might even swim in it! So pack your swimsuits, some sturdy boots and your eestec spirit and join our epic IMW!
We will take the 2:30pm train from Munich on Friday, Sept 22nd, so you should arrive no later than 2pm by bus/train or 11:30 at the airport.
On Sunday, Sept 24th, at 2:30pm, we'll be back in Munich so ideally take a bus/train after 3:30pm or a plane after 5pm.
The participation fee of €75 includes accommodation, food, drinks and transport between Munich and Grainau, so you don't need to worry about anything ;)
The destination is directly reachable train. Please contact us if you intend to get there on your own.
The IMW is of course included for participants to the Oktoberfest Exchange.
